Nugget Market is looking for a Senior C# Developer to join our team. Come help us build the next generation of software that powers our business. Everything from warehouse management and vendor ordering to reporting and more! We’re building on top of a modern tech stack using technologies like Amazon Web Services, Ember.js, C#, and ASP.NET Core MVC. We contribute to open source, write automated tests, and utilize continuous integration and deployment practices. Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of this position include the following, but are not limited to:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using C# and ASP .NET Core
- Collaborate with your fellow developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to define and deliver high-quality features
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high standards for code quality and maintainability
- Write and maintain automated tests to ensure reliability and performance
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical discussions that shape our software platform
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience developing software with C# and .NET (Core or Framework)
- Strong understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
- Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL
- Comfortable working with Git/GitHub and modern CI/CD pipelines
